Alvord High School's Visual and Performing Arts classes fulfill graduation requirements. Classes are designed and conducted with a hands-on emphasis on studio art production. Group assignments and individual projects allow students to engage in personal creativity, expression and exploration. Multimedia materials and a wide variety of tools are utilized to facilitate an enriched learning environment.
